A self-contained, self-catering flatlet on the side of the main house, located in Somerset West. Barlinka lane flatlet has its own private entrance. Barlinka lane flatlet comprises one bedroom, an en-suite bathroom, a separate toilet, as well as a kitchenette. In the bedroom is a queen-sized bed, with an open bathroom fitted with a shower and a basin. The room also has a flat-screen TV with a full selection of DStv channels. my flatlet sleeps two people on a queen size bed. There is a outside area with seating and a braai .
the unit is private and near many winefarms, great restaurants and the beach is a 7 minute drive away.
The flatlet has its own entranand and is private from the house. I am the only one that goes into the unit for cleaning and sanitising. Surfaces will be spayed , sanitised and floors cleaned with a bleach solution as prescribed by FEDHASA.
