Bains Lodge is situated on 42ha of prime land, 2km west of the Bloemfontein border, and offer a variety of accommodation options, banqueting facilities, and Restaurants, to fit each need and budget. There are five conference rooms catering for 400 people, 100 people, 50 people, or 12 people.

Important Information
Cancellation and no-show:
Reservations which are cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival will be fully refundable. Reservations which are cancelled up to 14 days prior to arrival will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of the total booked value. Reservations which are cancelled within 14 days of arrival will be charged a 100% cancellation fee of the total booked value. A no-show is the non-arrival of a guest without notification to the Hotel. In the case of a no-show a 100% no-show fee of the total booked value will be charged.
