You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that reception hours are as follows: Monday-Sunday 7:30 until 20:30. If you expect to arrive after 20:30, you must contact property in advance to arrange key collection, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. POLICY_CHILDREN All children are welcome. Up to two children under 16 years are charged AUD 15 per night when using existing beds. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. POLICY_HOTEL_INTERNET WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge. POLICY_HOTEL_PARKING Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).
