Avemore apartments are family friendly, let us know if you need a crib, baby chair and bath. You are also most welcome to use the communal braai and pool area at our Le Verger Olive farm in the Devon Valley.

Cancellation Policy:
If Cancelled 30 days or less before arrival date you are liable for 100% of quoted rate
If Cancelled 31 days or longer before arrival date you are liable for 50% of quoted rate
NO-SHOW POLICY
In the case of a no-show, the full booking amount will be forfeited
PRE-PAYMENT POLICY
50% Deposit is required to secure your booking, the remaining balance is due no longer than
30 days prior to arrival.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Daily cleaning services can be arranged prior to arrival at a cost

There is no breakage deposit required upon booking, but guests will be invoiced upon check-out should there be any breakages or stains on Furniture/Linen, addition cleaning will be charged in extreme cases. This is payable within 7 days.
