About Theresa’s Kalk Bay

Spacious sunny apartment comprising a lounge with a kitchenette and a bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom has a bath and a walk-in shower with a separate toilet.The veranda has a small cane couch and a table and chairs. Sea and mountain views abound from all aspects of this flat which is situated in a quiet part of Kalk Bay, yet close to all amenities.

Beach: My apartment is a few minutes stroll to the beaches, restaurants, shops and train station.There are tidal pools for those who prefer not to swim in the open sea. For long beach walks you have adjacent Muizenberg and Fish Hoek beaches.

Golf: 10 minutes distance: Clovelly Country & Golf Club

Romantic: The apartment is definitely the ideal place for couples. Especially having a panoramic view of the sea and mountain from all aspects, including the veranda encased in an abundance of pink bougainvillea.
