@ The Beach is a new, modern, minimalistic and airy self-catering beach cottage situated in the Pearly Beach Resort. The unit can only accommodate 4 people maximum ie: ideal for a small family, group of friends, or couples looking to relax and enjoy the beauty of the area.The beach cottage has two bedrooms, with one double bed and two single beds that can be made up as twin beds. The shower room comprises of a modern open walk-in shower with glass panel, basin and toilet. The lounge and kitchen are open-plan and brings in wonderful light through the large windows and doors. We have the most idyllic, private and secluded unspoilt beach 100 metres away where you can walk for miles or book a wonderful guided tour to discover a secret shoreline you never knew existed.
@ The Beach is situated in the Pearly Beach Resort and offers safety for all. Kids can roam freely in the resort knowing they are safe and can use the many play areas and ride their bicycles as well as frequent the well kitted out Pearly Beach Shop.
Our managing agent cleans our cottage alone. No outside cleaning staff are used. Guests to wear masks at all times and bring along hand sanitiser for their personal use..

Important Information
COVID 19 RULES
All guests have to wear a mask before entering the resort. Failure to do so will result in guests not been able to enter the resort. Please also ensure you bring along hand sanitiser.
CANCELLATIONS DURING COVID-19
Please note that the normal cancellation policy applies unless as per government travel restrictions are imposed. You also have the option of a postponement credit for a future date.
EASTER BOOKINGS
Please note the cottage needs to be booked for the entire Easter weekend.
LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS
Please note that I require at least 3 days notice for a last minute booking as I use a managing agent for my property. Full payment needs to be made at the time of booking and the R950 refundable damages deposit paid directly to myself before arrival/check-in.
REFUNDABLE DAMAGES DEPOSIT
A R 950.00 refundable damages deposit needs to be paid directly to the owner of the establishment via eft 1 week before arrival. This will be refunded 4 days after departure on completion of the inventory check done on departure.
NEGLIGENCE TO PROPERTY
We expect the property and items on the property to be in the same condition as on arrival. If damages are incurred over and above the R 950.00 damages deposit then the full amount needs to be settled prior to departure.
MAXIMUM CAPACITY
The cottage comprises 2 bedrooms and can accommodate a maximum of 4 people only.
VISITORS
All guests, family and friends are welcome to visit the resort, but should leave the premises by 21:00pm.
SMOKING
This is strictly a non-smoking cottage so please refrain from smoking inside.
BEACH TOWELS
Guests are required to bring along their own beach towels. Should you book for longer than 7 nights, we will supply a clean set of linen as well as bath and kitchen towels.
GROCERIES
Supplies are limited in Pearly Beach so ensure you stock up on groceries in Hermanus or Gansbaai en-route to Pearly Beach.
