According to Colombian law, only those tourists who have a Permission to Stay and Permanence with stamps PIP-3, PIP-5, PIP-6 or PIP-10 or the Temporary visa valid TP-7, TP-11, or TP-12 are exempt from paying; Those who dont comply with this requirement must pay the tax directly at the hotel, therefore it is essential to present the Passport and the Immigration Certificate at the time of check-in.
The rates do not include hotel insurance, which must be paid per person, per night directly at the hotel.
Upon arrival, guests must pay a deposit of 200.00 COP which will be return upon check-out once the good condition of the accommodations are ensured and supplemental costs are taken care of.
To provide you with better service, hotel pool will be under renovation from April 1 until June 30, 2018.
