You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that until 20 February 2020, construction work will be taking place in front of the hotel. As such, guests may experience occasional noise disruptions. Rooms facing the canal are not affected. When booking 4 rooms or more, the booking is considered as a group booking. A 50% security deposit payment is required for any group booking. This deposit is fully refundable and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that the group cancellation policies will be sent to the guest after reservation. Please note that there is no lift in the hotel. A room on the ground floor is only possible upon prior confirmation by the hotel (subject to availability). POLICY_CHILDREN All children are welcome. All children under 12 years are charged EUR 50 per night for extra beds. All further older children or adults are charged EUR 50 per night for extra beds.
