Amble Side

Amble Side is located in the small riverside village of Stanford in the Western Cape region. This spacious self-catering apartment is attached to the main house, with own entrance and veranda in beautiful large garden. It can accommodate up to three guests; the third in separate room but sharing en suite bathroom/shower. It features a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, induction plate and microwave. There is also free WiFi Internet access, secure parking and a braai area for guests. An effective gas heater is provided in winter. Stanford offers a variety of wine farms, beer brewery

Good restaurants and coffee shops are within walking distance. Activities in the area consist of birding, river cruises, Panthera Africa, penguin sanctuary, guided horse trails as well as walking and a mountain bike group every Sunday morning. We are pet friendly by arrangement.
