We now have a no-contact check-in and check-out procedure and no staff on the premises after 4.30pm, Mondays to Fridays.

The balance of the booking amount is payable in full prior to arrival. Once full payment has been received, on the day of your arrival, an SMS will be sent to you with the code for the gate to access the property as well as the code for the key-box for your room key. Please ensure that you include your mobile number in the booking.

Please fill in the guest register in the lounge.

On departure, ensure that you lock your room and the front door and replace the key in the key-box.

★★★★★ Improvements:maintenance to shower heads is needed.its clean but the showers need to be better kept.you can add sanitizers for the toilet seats because its used by a lot of people.and standardize the bathrooms in that some have bathmats some don't sometimes etc.
