About Alpine Swift Trails High Altitude Training Facility
Alpine Swift Trails is the only high altitude facility in South Africa that has the following to offer any sports person that wants to better their performance: base altitude of 1820m above sea level, various road and trails for runners or mountain biking up to altitude of 3001m above sea level, 25m swimming pool, gym facility, tennis court, pilates, coach and physiotherapist available. It can accommodate up to 24 people and is situated in the Southern Drakensberg at the base of the highest navigable pass Naudes Neck.
