Conditions of Reservation – South Africa
PAYMENT: Before any reservation can be confirmed, payment in full must be received. Aloe Place reserves the right to cancel or alter a reservation subject to demand for that accommodation prior to receipt of payment at its discretion. Advertised rates may alter without prior notice and it is the responsibility of the person making the reservation to check the rates when making the booking
CANCELLATIONS: for cancellations within 14 days of first date of Reservation, there will be a 50% Cancellation fee. Cancellations within 7 days of first date of reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee. For long weekends and public holidays, cancellations must be made no less than 21 days before first date of reservation otherwise full payment is forfeited.
ALOE PLACE cannot be held responsible for problems and delays resulting from circumstances beyond its control (force majeure) such as strikes, postal delays, neighbours building works, etc
ALOE PLACE reserve the right to refuse or revoke any bookings from persons who may in their opinion (and at their sole discretion) be unsuitable for the accommodation at Aloe Place Hout Bay
ALOE PLACE takes every care possible to ensure the accuracy of the property description and Host Directions. Aloe Place in Hout Bay cannot accept liability for happenings outside its reasonable control such as breakdown of domestic appliances, plumbing, wiring, and sudden temporary invasion of pests, damage resulting from exceptional weather conditions or owner’s negligence resulting in loss, injury or accident.
ALOE PLACE will not entertain any complaints made by the guest/s unless they were made during the guest/s stay. This will enable a settlement to be reached to the guest’s best satisfaction.
INDEMNITY
Whilst every reasonable precaution has been taken to ensure the safety of our guests and their possessions on these premises, the owners of ALOE PLACE in Hout Bay and their agents will not be held responsible for any damage or loss sustained by whatsoever cause to persons or their belongings and vehicles
