Alison’s Place is a comfortably furnished two-bedroom premise centrally situated in the garden suburb of Pinelands, Cape Town. It is well equipped; ideal for either long or short-term stays and is a perfect base to explore the Cape Peninsula and the Winelands of the Cape.

A private entrance leads to a sitting /dining area with TV providing guests with personal access to satellite channels, all other rooms lead off this room (See Floor Layout Plan in photo gallery). Guests have the use of the swimming pool and convenient access to our beautiful garden.

There is a queen-size bed in one bedroom and two single beds in the other. A hairdryer is provided for the convenience of guests. The bathroom boasts a shower, a vanity basin with large mirror and toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a mini kitchen, microwave oven, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. There is convenient off-street parking behind a security gate. A remote is provided for access to the property. The property has an armed guard response.

Smoking is not permitted within the premises.
There are family dogs & cats in the main premises.
