The establishment is fifteen kilometres from Cape Town International Airport and the Cape Town CBD. This cottage is ideally suited for a couple with young children or business travellers.

The apartment can accommodate up to three guests and comprises two bedroom areas, one bathroom, and an open-plan kitchenette and living area. The bedroom area contains a double bed, while the second contains one single bed. The bathroom is fitted with a shower.
