You may cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. You will be charged the total price if you cancel in the 30 days before arrival. If you don’t show up you will be charged the total price. Please note all guests should present a Hostelling International Card upon arrival. If you do not already have a card, you can purchase one at reception for an additional EUR 5 (under 30s) or EUR 10 (over 30s). If you do not wish to purchase a card, all rates will be subject to an additional charge of EUR 2 per person, per day, payable upon arrival. Spa opening hours are as follows: - Monday to Friday: from 11:30 to 12:30, and from 19:00 to 20:00. - Saturday: from 10:00 to 13:00, and from 17:00 to 21:00. - Sunday: from 10:00 to 13:00. Please note that the spa is closed from 1 to 31 August due to maintenance works. POLICY_CHILDREN All children are welcome. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. POLICY_HOTEL_INTERNET WiFi is available in public areas and is free of charge. POLICY_HOTEL_PARKING No parking available. POLICY_HOTEL_PETS Pets are not allowed.
