Albatross Guest House is situated a coastal village named Southbroom in Ugu District Municipality in the KwaZulu-Natal province of South Africa.This guest house consists of nine rooms, each room is equipped with a separate lounge, store room with a safe, a fridge, air-conditioning, tea and coffee facilities and breathtaking sea views. There are also bar facilities, a TV lounge, a dining room, a gym, and a spacious swimming pool.Attractions include clearwater MTB Trails, Mac Bananas Farm Stall, Marina Beach, Riverbend Crocodile Farm and golf.
Umkobi Beach is merely 300m away, main Beach with life guards and Granny's Pool about 3kms. Our beaches are wide, vast, clean and easy to excess. Most of them are blue flagged beaches and the Indian Ocean is warm all year round.
We have a number of well known golf courses close by like Southbroom Golf Course, San Lameer Golf Course and the Wild Coast Golf Course to name a few. Our Junior Suites have extra space to store luggage and golf bags.
We can cater for up to 50 guests (within the Covid-19 regulations) and have a beautiful veranda overlooking the Indian Ocean where the reception can be held. Our Restaurant & Bar as well as the kitchen are fully equipped and licensed.
We are fully Covid-19 compliant and have all safety measures in place at all times to keep our guests and staff safe.
