Important Information

Bookings can be made by telephone or email. All accommodation must be paid in full before or on arrival. This is to ensure that our guests are not inconvenienced with checkout during busy mornings and also to avoid any confusion about room rates. Payment may be made via credit card or cash only. Although every effort shall be made to provide you with the room of your choice, we reserve the option of room allocation. Please make use of use of the signs “Please clean the room” and Do not disturb” which is available in all the rooms. Please keep the furniture, fixtures and fittings in the same state of repair and condition as at the beginning of your stay. In the event of damage you may be held liable for the repair or replacement cost. For a healthy environment and for the comfort of our guests, Adeo is a strictly non-smoking accommodation establishment. Adeo does not accept any liability for loss of or damage to any valuables or property belonging to guests or their visitors. It is therefore the sole responsibility of all guests to make arrangements for adequate insurance coverage on all valuable items prior to arrival at Adeo. This includes but is not limited to, photographic equipment, laptops, or other electronic devices, jewelry, cash and vehicles, which are parked at your own risk. While every care has been taken by Adeo to ensure the safety of guests and their possessions whilst enjoying our accommodation, Adeo can and does not accept any liability in the event that any loss or damage to persons or property is experienced by a guest. Should Adeo suffer any loss or damage as a result of an act or omission by a guest or visitor of a guest , the guest will remain liable for full reimbursement of such loss or damage incurred and will be billed accordingly. No cotton buds, tampons, sanitary pads or other damaging material, other than the toilet paper supplied, may be flushed down the toilets. Adeo at all times reserves the full right of admission and accepts no liability for any loss or damage that may result from any consequence resulting or flowing from this reservation. Should Adeo at anytime need to exercise the right, no reimbursements or refunds will be made in this regard.
