1. Times
* Check-in is from 15h00
* Check-out is before 10h00.
* Early check-in or late check-out requires prior management approval and is subject to availability.
* Occupancy Limit: Only confirmed guests (adults, children, and infants) may stay. Unapproved additional guests will result in refused check-in or immediate termination of stay without a refund.
* Additional guests are only allowed if space permits and extra charges are paid in advance.
* Keys: Keys must be returned upon departure. A replacement fee applies to lost or damaged keys.
* Please be advised that all accommodation is accessible via stairs.

2. Visitors
* Day visitors are permitted only with prior management approval and must leave by 20h00.
* Unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight.

3. Noise & Behaviour
* Quiet Hours: 21h00 to 08h00 daily.
* Music & Parties: Playing music, hosting parties, or causing excessive noise is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property at all times.
* Conduct: Respect staff, neighbours, and fellow guests. Anti-social, abusive, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated.

4. Smoking & Pets
* Smoking/Vaping: Prohibited inside all buildings, cabins, and pool areas. Allowed only in designated outdoor areas with ashtrays used.
* Pets: Strictly no pets allowed.

5. Amenities & Safety
* Swimming Pool: Open 09h00 to 20h00 daily. Unsupervised; use at your own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. No diving, running, or glass containers in the pool area.
* Braai & Cooking: Cooking is restricted to kitchen facilities and designated braai areas. Open flames, portable gas stoves, or BBQ equipment are strictly prohibited inside cabins. Extinguish braai fires completely after use and never leave them unattended.
* Utilities & Wi-Fi: Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided for lawful use only. Please conserve water and electricity by turning off lights, AC, and appliances when leaving. Management is not liable for unexpected municipal utility outages.

6. Property Care, Plumbing & Waste
* Damage: Guests are financially liable for any loss, damage, or excessive cleaning required.
* Plumbing: Only toilet paper may be flushed. Do not flush wipes, sanitary products, nappies, or paper towels. Use provided waste bins.

7. Security, Parking & Liability
* Security: Lock all doors, windows, and vehicles, and keep valuables out of sight. Abalone Lodge is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings or vehicles.
* Parking: On-site parking is available for registered guests at their own risk.
* Lost Property: Items left behind are held for 30 days. Return shipping or collection costs are for the guest's account.

8. Illegal Activities & Right of Admission
* Illegal drugs and criminal activities are strictly prohibited, reported to law enforcement, and result in immediate eviction without a refund.
* Eviction: Management reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate a stay without a refund for any breach of these rules, overcrowding, unauthorised visitors, noise violations, or property damage.

9. Acceptance
By completing a booking, the primary booker accepts these rules on behalf of all guests and visitors in their party and assumes responsibility for their compliance.
