Conveniently situated at the popular St. Michaels-on-Sea beach, Rio is a stone's throw from its restaurants, bars, tuck-shops, lawns, seasonal entertainment, tidal and swimming pool, and lifeguarded beach.This comfortable and roomy unit is located on the ground floor and is fully equipped to sleep six people - the main bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom two singles and the third bedroom off the lounge has two single beds. The main bedroom has an en-suite shower room and there is a second bathroom with a bath. The kitchen is well equipped including farmhouse dining table

Important Information
Rates quoted are for the whole unit, not per person. Rates quoted on this site are an AVERAGE RATE for the month in question - some months have more than one "season" with different rates for different times of the month. The quoted price includes our booking, linen and arrival and departure cleaning fee’s. When we calculate the advertised daily rate we include these fees on the assumption that you will be staying for 7 nights - your quote may vary from the listed daily rate if your stay is longer or shorter than seven nights. Linen is provided but not beach or bath towels or toiletries.
A 50% deposit is required in order to secure a booking. The balance is due one month prior to occupancy at risk of the booking being cancelled. A booking commencing within one month requires a 100% deposit. At risk of cancellation and/or eviction without refund, the number of guests may not exceed the published total establishment capacity and the booking must be made by an adult of 21 years or older who will be present during the duration of the booking. Guests will be required to complete and sign an indemnity and acknowledgement of house/complex rules document once the booking is finalised.
