Fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, microwave, two plate induction stove with special pots and pans, electric frying pan, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery. A flat-screen TV with DStv full bouquet is available. . Built-in braai undercover, grid supplied with braai utensils with table, chairs and umbrella where one can sit outside with your afternoon braai, sipping wine and watching the sunset. Parking on side of the apartment behind the remote gate. We charge a R500.00 breakage deposit which is refundable 48 hours after departure.
The main house can accommodate a maximum of four people. It has two bedrooms. The main bedroom has an en-suite full bathroom, sliding door leading out onto a paved patio with stunning sea views. The second bedroom has an en-suite shower also with sliding door leading out onto a paved patio with stunning sea views.
The lounge/dining room is an open plan layout with a jet master as well as a flat-screen TV with full DStv bouquet, fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, gas stove hob with electric oven, scullery with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a sliding door leading off the lounge into an entertainment room with built-in braai and bar. Off this room is an enclosed sunroom with outdoor table and chairs, views of Table Mountain, Dassen Island, the coastline and the beach. We charge a R1000.00 refundable breakage deposit which will be refunded 48 hours after departure.
A double garage leading into the house is available, there are remote gates and an alarm system. Guests can explore numerous great attractions in and around the area, such as the spectacular 16 Mile Beach, the Dassen Island Penguin Colony, and the Vyge Valley Farmers Market.
