Bookings made 7 days before arrival require 100% deposit to secure booking.
The balance of the booking is due 7 days before arrival.
We handle no cash on premises.
No cheque payments will be accepted.
Strictly no drugs, guns, or smoking is allowed on the premises.
No loud music, screaming, shouting will be permitted. An acceptable amount of noise will be permitted in the entertainment, garden, and play areas between 7:00 and 20:00 each day.
Only paid and booked guests are allowed on the premises. A R550 penalty will be charged per invite or additional guest.
The use of the premises is purely for accommodation purposes and not an event or party venue. Failure to inform owners of functions, parties or any event whatsoever will result in automatic issue of invoice which will become due and payable before check-out.
