Important Information
A 50% deposit is due within 48 hours to secure your booking. Bookings will automatically expire within 48 hours without a security deposit. The balance is strictly due 5 working days prior to arrival, No keys will be handed over unless the full amount has been paid.
REGRETFULLY NO PETS ALLOWED
STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE. A R1000 PENALTY WILL BE CHARGED.
You are welcome to use the outside areas to smoke
Please note that check-ins after 18H00 guests will be charged an R150.00 extra per hour.
A once-off cleaning and laundry fee of R750.00 applies to every booking irrespective of the length of stay.
A breakages deposit of R2000.00 is due which is refundable should there be no breakages or damages.
We have a minimum stay of 2 nights throughout the year.
Minimum stays over Long weekends are 3 nights.
There is a minimum stay requirement of 10 Nights between 15 December and 5 January 2020.
Guests need to provide their own beach/swimming towels.
