There are also two bathrooms, of which one is en suite. The comfortable office also makes this an ideal choice for business travellers.The living room has a large lounge which invites guests to relax while watching their favourite TV shows. The dining area is perfect for enjoying meals freshly prepared from the fully equipped kitchen.<
Child friendly - pool has security fencing. Walking distance from beach. Baby equipment available on request. Unfortunately no pets allowed.

Important Information
A breakage deposit equal to 1 (one) days' rental is payable and will be refunded within 7 (seven) working days after departure if no breakages or damages have been caused as a result of the tenant or his guests' behaviour.
We will not be liable for any act, omission or default on the part of any person, nor any accident, damage, loss, injury, expense or inconvenience whether to person or property which the tenant or any other person may suffer or incur arising out of or in any way connected with the letting or resulting from any other cause whatsoever.
The number of people occupying the property may not exceed the number stated unless by prior arrangement. There may be an additional charge for additional guests. Please enquire in advance.
The tenant agrees to maintain the property and all fittings, furniture, equipment and other items in or on the property in the same state of repair and condition as the commencement of the letting and will make good, or will arrange with us to make good, any damage, breakage, or loss that may occur during the period of the letting. Should the property be left in a poor condition, requiring intensive cleaning, then this will be charged to the tenants.
Unless otherwise stated, the rental of the property includes rates, insurance of the property and R500.00 of prepaid electricity. Any additional electricity will be for the cost of the tenant.
The property is equipped with crockery, cutlery, sheets, duvets, linen, bath and beach towels and adequate cleaning equipment.
Occupation of the house is from 14H00 on the date of arrival to 10H00 on the date of departure. The time lapse is to enable the property to be inspected in between lets to ensure that everything is in good order. Where possible, we will allow for late check-ins and check-outs, but this will be advised at the time of the booking.
The tenants agree not to smoke, nor allow smoking inside the house at any time.
Tenants are asked to leave the property clean and tidy and to ensure that they take all their belongings with them.
We advise you to arrange your own insurance to cover yourselves and your personal belongings whilst staying at the property.
Please note that Sixty One on Brighton is not available to let for functions or events.
Guests are kindly requested to respect our neighbours and the peace and tranquility of the street.
The payment of a deposit and acceptance of the keys for the property will be deemed an acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please note that all bookings are subject to the Terms and Conditions as mentioned above. A signed copy of these Terms and Conditions must be accompanied by the appropriate payment.
The house is serviced between Monday and Saturday.
