The apartment can accommodate six guests and comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery, crockery and a washing machine. There is also a counter with chairs. The dining area seats six guests and the lounge has a comfortable lounge set and a flat-screen TV on the wall with selected DStv channels. The living area has access to a lovely patio with patio furniture.

The complex is located close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Umdloti is just 10 kilometres from Umhlanga and King Shaka International Airport. It lies between Umhlanga and Ballito and is a coastal reserve surrounded by sugarcane plantations and indigenous forests. The area also has 3 beaches and activities such as fishing, snorkelling, scuba diving, bird watching and kite surfing.
