- Refundable breakage deposit - equal to 1 night's accommodation or 15% (whichever is highest) must be paid. This will be included on the final invoice.
- Additional cleaning (over weekends) will be charged for separately
- Guests will be required to fill in additional forms and provide us with ID/drivers copies in order to arrange access into the estate/ home. Once booking is confirmed, email will be sent to you with all information required.
