The unit comprises 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen and dining area with an indoor braai, and a lounge area with full sea views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and features a breakfast bar.
