Important Information
Rental includes the services of a cleaner every day excluding Sunday’s and Public Holiday’s. Should the guest wish to have a cleaner on a Sunday/ Public Holiday, this can be arranged however the additional cost will be for the guest’s account. The cost per day for Sunday’s/Public Holidays is R350.
Check in time is 14h00 - 18h00, later check ins must be arranged with the establishment.
Check out is 10h00, a late check out can be arranged at a additional charge.
50% deposit required via EFT to secure booking
Full payment to be made via EFT 40 days before occupation.
Emergency/Late bookings (less than 14 days):
Full amount required.
The refundable 15% breakage deposit on the full rental amount with a minimum fee of R5000.
A refundable key deposit of R200 will also be taken for any possible loss of keys, remotes & discs
