4294 Impala is an A-Frame double story house situated inside the wild life sanctuary of Marloth Park. The house has three bedrooms, two that lead into a large viewing deck with views of the pristine bush. There are various lounger seats for your comfort while watching the numerous bird life, impala, kudu, and giraffe; to name just a few. The lower floor has a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove hob, washing machine microwave and ice maker. Important Information
No loud music noises allowed (you are in a wild life sanctuary) No wood taken from the bush. no walking in Marloth between the hours of 08h00 and 06h00. The house can give you great photographic opportunities the animals are wild and precautions at all times taken for your own safety. Bed linen (changed once a week) and towels (changed every fourth day) will be supplied to the amount of persons given at the time of booking. Pool towels our supplied. No smoking. Breakage/damage deposit is required over and above quotes of R 2000.00 refundable on clearance with in 5 working days of your departure. Any arrival after 5 o'clock will be charged R 250.00 of deposit no arrival facilities available beyond 20h00 with out prior communication. Should TV set, air-conditioning or electrical appliances go faulty during your stay, we will endeavor to have them repaired or replaced as soon as possible. However, no reduction in rent will be allowed for delays beyond our control. House will be serviced daily (surface clean) except on weekends public holidays, Christmas day and New Year’s Day. Tenants and their visitors must abide by the terms of the sanctuary in which you are staying. no pets allowed If these rules are not adhered to , we may be requested by the park rangers to evict tenants or guests. Sub-letting and camping on the property are not permitted. Before vacating the premises please ensure the property is in the same condition as it was found. And all doors and windows are locked as well as the keys handed to house keeper. Neither 4294 impala nor any other person acting for or through or on behalf of 4294 impala, shall be liable for any loss or damage, personal injury or wrongful death, loss of income or loss of support claim or punitive damages or any other claim of the tenant or the tenants representatives or dependents. I agree that this waiver of liability and indemnity agreement covers the entire duration of my rental of the accommodation provided to me and I agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend 4294 impala, its agents and employees, from any and/or all claims made against them arising out of my rental and occupation of the premises. 4294 is equipped with security cameras around the outside of the property I make this agreement on behalf of myself, my heirs, my agents and any other person claiming through me.On receipt of your deposit or full payment you are deemed to have accepted the above conditions of letting.
