This stunning apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate six adults. Please note that guests under the age of 25 are not permitted. The apartments come equipped with ceiling fans, air conditioning, an open-plan lounge, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. Further amenities for your comfort include DStv, Wi-Fi, a DVD player, and a balcony with marvelous views.Umhlanga attractions include Mindgame Escape, Umhlanga Beach, Inanda Heritage Trail, Learn to Kitesurf, Mundo Vida, Butcher Block Steakhouse, and Take a Helicopter
Our property is prepared according to FEDHASA guidelines. Our staff have been trained on Covid preparedness including PPE, hand hygiene, social distancing and wearing masks, and we clean our property with all mandatory disinfectants.

Important Information
* This is a self-check-in property - details will be shared closer to arrival
* We reserve the right to not refund card fees (transaction costs) in the case of any cancellation or situation where funds need to be reversed back to a credit card.
* Check-in is after 14h00 hours and before 19h00 on the day of arrival.
* Check-ins after 21h00 will incur a surcharge of R500.00.
* Check out is before 10h00 hours on the day of departure.
* A R2000 incidental deposit is required.
* This deposit is refundable within 7 days after departure, provided the apartment is left in good condition.
* There will also be an additional once-off cleaning fee of R350.
* Quality linen, bath, and swimming towels are provided.
* The maximum occupancy of six persons in the unit (6 persons) must not be exceeded under any circumstances.
* Failure to adhere to this will result in the extra people having to move out with immediate effect, or the booking will be cancelled and no refund given.
* Under no circumstances do we allow students or bookings where all persons are under the age of 25. This is a Body Corporate Rule.
* The apartment is serviced daily except on Sundays and Public Holidays
* This is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is only permitted on the patio.
* No parties or large gatherings are permitted by The Body Corporate of Sea Lodge. This ruling will be strictly enforced.
