The apartment is on the first floor and comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a guest toilet. The main room has a queen-size bed and air-conditioning, as well as an en-suite bathroom. The second room comprises a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has a queen-size bed and two single beds. Each bedroom has a living area with ceiling fans and large windows.

The second bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet and basin. The kitchen comprises a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer. There is also an iron and ironing board available. The dining table in the living area has seating for eight and the living area has a TV with selected DStv channels.

The living area has a large sliding door that leads onto the balcony with gas braai facilities and sea views. The complex offers direct access to the main swimming beach, as well as a swimming pool and communal braai facilities. 302 Kenwyn-on-Sea is within walking distance of shops, restaurants and other attractions.

The Zimbali and Umhlali golf courses are a 10-minute drive from the apartment. King Shaka International Airport is a 30-minute drive away.
