Important Information
Please note that check-in time is between 3:00pm and 5:00pm. if your booking is NOT paid in full, LATE check in fee’s apply as follows: 5:00pm – 8pm check in = R250 fee. 8pm – 11pm check in = R500 fee and must be arranged 7 days prior to arrival. Absolutely NO check-ins after 11pm will be accepted without FULL payment! Late check in fees will be deducted from your Refundable Breakage Deposit. The estate is charging a once of R260 administration fee for fingerprint access into the estate, this includes 1 fingerprint.
Thereafter it is R100 per fingerprint. Please note this is not included in the quotation and needs to be paid for according to how many drivers will be using the access. This can be paid on arrival or deducted from your breakage deposit.
