The Brackenridge Estate is a beautiful and immaculately maintained nature reserve. Several nature trials offer great opportunities to appreciate the fresh air, sense of freedom, the abundance of fynbos and the wide variety of indigenous bird and small animal life found throughout the estate. The estate is very secure with guarded access control, boundary fence monitoring and personal patrol. The villa also features its own security system.
The villa is set on three levels with all rooms opening onto a central courtyard which is ideal for entertaining. Due to its design this light and airy house is an ideal getaway for either an extended family or for individual couples as all rooms are designed with maximum privacy in mind.
The design and finish is of the highest quality and has been carefully decorated with tones that blend with the natural surroundings.
