Having confirmed your booking we have concluded a verbal contract and we are holding your accommodation exclusively for you whilst denying other inquiries the opportunity to occupy and hence the prospect of re-letting it.
Cancellation often involves our not being able to re-let the accommodation at all and there is obviously an economic cost involved.
A Deposit / Travel Agency Voucher / Company Order or Credit Card Number serves as an incentive for the guest to fulfill his/her obligations under this contract.
