The lounge has two couches, a TV with DVD player and a variety of DVDs. Free WiFi is also available. The open-plan dining area and living room open onto the balcony with braai facilities and outdoor furniture.

The Village complex has laundry facilities, a large heated indoor pool with a shallow slope, direct beach access, and 24-hour security entrance. There is also secure basement parking with lift access to the apartments.

The complex is within walking distance of several excellent restaurants, supermarkets, banks, a gym, and is a few minutes drive to Chapmanspeak Drive. It is also on the MyCiTi route.
