Anyone booking at 22 Sea Lodge understands that a maximum of 6 people may sleep in the apartment on any date, they also accept and agree to abide by registered Body Corporate Rules for Sea Lodge. The manager and security have the right to remove any guest not complying with the Body Corporate Rules.
No smoking in apartment, any buildings or common area, by order of Body Corporate.
No pets allowed.
All outstanding fees are due 10 days prior to check in.
A R1000 refundable breakage deposit applies to each booking, this deposit to be paid directly to 22 Sea Lodge with booking.
