It is situated on the second floor, set in Ballito, boasting garden views, with an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and barbecue facilities, with Porcelain floor tiling throughout the house.


It consists of two bedrooms with queen-size beds and a ½ open room with a single bed, a kitchen, dining room and lounge area. A toilet with a bidet, and a bathroom with a shower, bathtub and additional toilet,with modern finishes.

The house is well equipped and furnished. The kitchen is a good size with Granite countertops. A well-equipped kitchen with an electric fan oven and a hob, an electric kettle, toaster, microwave, a 4 plate stove, fridge/freezer.

The building has two outdoor swimming pools, (for both adults and kiddies)a garden and barbecue facilities. The unit has original features that will immediately embrace the visitors on entering the unit. The unit offers a balcony, which is access from the bedrooms and the lounge.

The house is well equipped and furnished. The kitchen is a good size with Granite countertops. A well-equipped kitchen with an electric fan oven and a hob, an electric kettle, toaster, microwave, a 4 plate stove, fridge/freezer.


The pans and casseroles provided are sized for parties of five/six. The unit provides one Smart TV in lounge and TV Main bedroom, with full WiFi available. For entertainment full Dstv and Netflix available.

It is necessary to bring your own beach and bath towels.The building has two elevators.The garden is a large playground for children to play and run around in, it has swings and a little jungle gym.

There are two swimming pools, one adult pool, and a kiddies pool.There are plenty of built in braais, concrete tables and benches for your convenience.
