It is the ideal getaway for the golfing enthusiast, corporate teams, family holidays and overseas visitors. The unit can comfortably sleep four people in 2 en-suite bedrooms. Important Information
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1) Your reservation will be confirmed in writing on receipt of 50% deposit of the total amount.
2) The reservation can be released without notification if no deposit is received within 7 days.
3) EFT or cash payments only. No credit card facilities.
4) Right of admission is reserved.
5) Rates are subject to change without prior notice. (Seasonal rates apply.)
6) A maximum of 4 adults and 2 children (under the age of 12) can be accommodated. An additional levy of R200 per child per night will be charged for the use of the stowaway-beds.
7) The lodge will be available from 15h00 on the day of your arrival and must be vacated no later than 10h00 on the day of your departure. Early check-in and/or late departure by prior arrangement only.
8) PLEASE NOTE: This unit is not serviced.
9) The lodge is fully equipped for self-catering and guests are responsible for keeping the lodge clean.
10) If any items are damaged during your stay, you will be responsible for the replacement cost of the item. Upon arrival please report any items which appear to be broken.
11) An amount of R500 will be levied to replace lost keys, remotes and access cards.
12) Regrettably NO PETS allowed.
13) NO SMOKING allowed inside the lodge.
14) Advance golf bookings are recommended and payments for golf bookings to be settle on arrival.
15) Lodge guests qualify for reduced (referral) green fees and have full access to the restaurant & fully licensed bar at The St Francis Links Clubhouse.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Guests agree on behalf of themselves and the members of their parties that neither the establishment, its owners, employees nor agents shall be responsible for any injury or death of any person or the loss or destruction of or damage to any property upon the premises, whether arising from fire, theft or any cause and by whomsoever caused or arising from the negligence (gross or otherwise) or wrongful act of any person in the employment of Liaisons Property Management. Any damage caused by guests to property and premises due to bad behavior or carelessness will be for the guests account.
