The home can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests and also has a servant’s quarter with an en-suite shower and toilet which may also be used for guests if required. Features include a large living area with a gas fireplace and a dining room table which also serves as a pool table and table tennis table. The kitchen layout is practical and is equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher, a tumble-dryer and a washing machine.

The wooden stack doors, when opened, allows outdoor living at its best with beautiful views of the dam and surrounding mountains. All rooms in the home are air-conditioned and there is also a swimming pool and barbecue area on the ground level.
