Important Information
Extra off-street parking is available for a second vehicle on request - one basement parking bay is supplied included in the rate.
The outstanding balance is due seven days prior to occupation, as there is no facility for making payments on arrival. Please note that if you anticipate arriving later than 4pm Monday to Friday or Saturday after 11am, please advise us in advance so that we can make special arrangements for the keys.
BREAKAGES DEPOSIT - A refundable breakages deposit of R500.00 for January to November bookings, R1000.00 for December peak bookings is payable ten days prior to occupation.
The deposit will be refunded via EFT no later than one week after departure.
PLEASE NOTE We do not permit subletting of our establishment under any circumstances.
Should a guest not be able to occupy we do not allow them to send other guests.
Permission MUST be obtained in advance or occupation will not be allowed and the booking will be treated as a "no show".
No Smoking Allowed
Please note that the balance MUST be reflecting in OUR 2104 Amanzi bank account prior to arrival of the guests. The 50% balance must be paid directly to the establishment and not to any other party's bank account or we reserve the right to deny access.
