This is a well-known beach for kite and windsurfing, swimming, surfing and body-boarding. There is a swimming pool, undercover parking and communal braai area in the complex with secure parking. The complex is walking distance to an abundance of shops and stores and within 10 kilometers from the South Coast and Shelly Malls. The apartment is a three bedroom, 8 sleeper unit on the second floor. The kitchen/lounge/dining room is open plan and opens up onto a balcony that overlooks the ocean. It has all the necessities and amenities to make your stay in Uvongu as convenient and relaxed as possible i.e. automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine etc.The main bedroom, which is separate, opens up onto the balcony and has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has one double bunk and a double bed, whilst the second bathroom has a bath and shower.The apartment boasts its own private sundeck with a 180° exclusive seafront view of the Indian Ocean and a fully fitted kitchen with a covered seating area, bathroom and braai facility for cocktails at sunset.You are ensured to walk into a clean well looked after apartment. Please note that the apartment is a self-catering privately owned unit, hence no meals or resort facilities provided. Cleaning of the apartment occurs before arrival (daily cleaning service can be provided at an additional charge).Linen is provided for all beds and guests are required to bring their own beach and bath towels.
