Situated within the quiet and historic heart of Gordons Bay, the house offers a large open-plan kitchen, living area, and deck facing onto glorious sea and mountain views. Enjoy spectacular sunsets and the constant, relaxing sound of the ocean which laps onto the closest swimming beach, just 50 metres away.

The living area features sliding doors and windows which have retractable solar blinds. These blinds cut out excessive heat and glare in summer, without impeding the view, and retains the house's north-facing warmth in winter thus ensuring sustainable energy usage.

Two of the three bedrooms have sea views, and the house uses a solar geyser with electrical backup if required. Also included is a TV room with a full DStv that is viewable from the kitchen. The house is on three levels with stairs, and the deck is about 6 metres from the ground, therefore it is not suitable for guests with walking disabilities or for small children. There is a separate gas geyser installed to serve the en-suite bathroom if needed. A gas-top stove has also been installed in the kitchen to avoid any inconvenience when power outages occur.
