Please note that there is an additional administration fee of R600.00 once-off and a refundable breakage deposit equal to one-night stay.
Accommodation must be paid in full and payment reflecting in our account before keys can be handed over.
Check-in time is between 3:00pm and 5:00pm.
Late check-in fees apply as follows: if full payment has not been received: 5:00 pm – 8 pm check-in = R250 fee.
8 pm – 11 pm check-in = R500 fee and must be arranged 7 days prior to arrival.
Absolutely no check-ins after 11 pm without full payment will be accepted!
