1002 Bermudas is a beachfront apartment with spectacular 180-degree sea views and enjoys private direct access to the beach and the promenade. The unit is on the 10th floor of The Bermudas apartment block, with lifts. The self-catering apartment consists of an open-plan lounge, dining area, and a kitchen. There are three double bedrooms with a main en-suite and an additional bathroom. The apartment comfortably sleeps a maximum of six guests with a double bed in the main bedroom and twin beds in the second and third bedrooms that can be converted to king-size beds on request. Important Information
Under no circumstance do we allow students or bookings where all persons are under the age of 25. This is a Body Corporate Rule.
The apartment is serviced daily except on Sundays and Public Holidays.
This is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is only permitted on the patio.
A R2000 breakage deposit is required. This deposit is refundable after departure, provided the apartment is left in good condition
Check in is after 14:00 hours and before 18h00 on the day of arrival. Check-ins after 21h00 will incur a surcharge of R500. Check out is before 09:00am hours on the day of departure
Quality linen and bath towels are provided.
The maximum occupancy of six persons in the unit (6 persons) must not be exceeded under any circumstances. Failure to adhere to this will result in the extra people having to move out with immediate effect, or the booking will be cancelled and no refund given.
