The downstairs has an open plan dining and lounge area, which connects to the outside dining/seating, pool and garden. The large kitchen is the heart of the home which is fully equipped for your self-catering needs and opens onto the dining room and lounge. Downstairs also has a TV lounge and study.

Upstairs in 10 Avenue Fresnaye, there are 4 bedrooms all en-suite; two main bedrooms have balconies with views of the ocean and Robben Island. The other two en-suite bedrooms are kid’s bedrooms. The two main bedrooms have king beds, the other two rooms have a double bed and a three-quarter bed (as well as a pull out single bed). These rooms can be converted into adult rooms for non-family bookings.

There is aircon in all rooms on the ground floor, as well as aircon in the main bedroom. There is DSTV coder (smart card supplied by occupant), Plex, gas braai, and wifi. The housekeeper’s room at the back is en-suite.
