A superb venue for the whole family, Rod & Reel Pub & Restaurant offers delicious, hearty meals, a great atmosphere, friendly service and excellent value for money.

Enjoy breathtaking views from all sides as you dine al fresco on the large wooden deck, sheltered from the sun by umbrellas. A lawn below the deck provides a play area for children with rabbit hutches to entertain. On days when the weather is not quite so accommodating, the beautifully furnished interior, complete with appropriate nautical theme, provides protection from the elements, while the large windows on all sides make sure that the view is still there to enjoy.

Superb food from an extensive menu, warm, friendly service and brilliant value for money make this an excellent spot for the whole family.

Out of the way, tucked in next to Castleton development with lots of secure parking and beautiful views of the bay. The meals are affordable and delicious, served with vegetables - a treat for the traveller. All for R55. I recommend this little gem to all.

The only real good meal was the fish. The other three dishes, curries and pasta, were sub standard. They need to up their game.
