About Raptor Rescue Plett
We service the conservation needs of the area by providing a refuge for injured and orphaned birds of prey and are committed to rehab and release wherever possible. Our aim is to give the public a window into this important conservation work through our daily Guided Tours and Flying Demonstrations.
Visitors and school groups are welcome to join us for one of our Tours whereby some of our non-releasable birds are free flown in their natural surroundings, allowing you an up-close and personal experience with these magnificent birds.
Our mission is to build on the strengths of this landmark Garden Route attraction by boosting our credentials as a rehabilitation Centre.
Raptor Rescue Plettenberg Bay is Conveniently located off the N2, the center forms part of The Heath Complex, a charming cluster of shops and restaurants offering local produce and crafts. We also have a wonderful Gift and Souvenir shop where local products can be purchased in aid of the rehabilitation work that we do.
