The food is consistently good, as is the service with pleasant friendly staff. The setting is stunning overlooking the Knysna Heads and is hard to beat for casual lunches. If the locals hang out here it must be good. The burgers are tops, as is their fish and chips, breakfast dishes of every variety and excellent coffee and cocktails. Always packed in the season so come early to get a table with a view. Prices are reasonable as you are served quality food, always freshly prepared. East Head Cafe is well worth a visit.
