Birds that you could spot include the Cape spotted owl, nightjar and the famous Knysna Lourie. Potential wildlife encounters also include spotted genet, wild boar, blue duiker, bush baby, bush buck, chameleon, and on rare occasions you may get a fleeting glimpse of the Cape mountain leopard.
